Yes. Security is a priority at HOFWAMS. We use secure authentication, encrypted data transmission, role-based access controls, and secure QR code verification to help protect your event, attendee information, and payment data.

How will I receive my ticket sale proceeds?

HOFWAMS uses Stripe Connect to securely process payments and payouts. Before selling tickets, you must complete your Organizer Profile and Stripe Connect onboarding, including your business and bank account details. Once your event has ended and any applicable payout conditions have been met, your ticket sale proceeds will be transferred directly to your connected bank account by Stripe. You can also track ticket sales, payouts, and payment status from your HOFWAMS organizer dashboard.

How much does it cost to use HOFWAMS?

HOFWAMS is free for free events. For paid events, a 6% fee applies, covering both the HOFWAMS platform fee and payment gateway charges. AI MenuIQ and menu management will operate on a credit-based system in the future, but these features are currently free during our introductory period.
