Is HOFWAMS free to use?

Yes. You can create an account and start using HOFWAMS for free. Free events can be created and managed without a HOFWAMS ticketing fee. Charges may apply to paid ticket sales and selected premium services.

How much does ticketing cost?

HOFWAMS charges a 5% platform fee on paid ticket sales. Payment processing fees are charged separately by the payment provider. There is no HOFWAMS ticketing fee for free events.

How do I connect my Stripe account?

Log in to your organiser dashboard and complete your organiser profile. You'll then be guided through the Stripe connection process. Connecting Stripe allows you to receive payments from your ticket sales directly through your connected account.

How does AI MenuIQ work?

AI MenuIQ helps you estimate how much food to prepare for your event. Enter details such as your expected guest numbers, meal portions, event type, serving style and meal time, and MenuIQ calculates a recommended food quantity to help reduce over-catering, unnecessary costs and food waste.

Can I scan QR tickets with my phone?

Yes. HOFWAMS allows organisers or authorised event staff to scan guests' QR codes using a compatible smartphone, making check-in faster and helping prevent duplicate or invalid entry.

Is my attendee data secure?

Yes. HOFWAMS takes the security and privacy of attendee information seriously. We use appropriate security measures to protect personal data and handle information in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements.

Can I import my guest list?

Yes. HOFWAMS provides tools to help organisers manage their contacts and guest lists, making it easier to organise attendees, send invitations and manage event communication from one place.

Do my guests need to install an app?

No. Guests do not need to download an app to attend an event. They can access their event information, invitations or tickets through their browser and present their QR code for check-in where required.
